Each has a baseline, a target, and a metric. - If you hit all KRs and the objective is not achieved, the KRs were wrong. ## Process 1. Clarify the timeframe and the single most important outcome. 2. Draft the Objective, then KRs that would prove it. 3. Stress-test: are KRs measurable, owned, and ambitious (a ~70% hit rate is healthy)? ## Output The Objective, its Key Results with baselines and targets, and a note on what to deprioritize to focus.
