## Rules for Objectives
- Qualitative, inspirational, and time-bound. It answers "where do we want to go?"
- Memorable and ambitious, not a laundry list. One clear direction.

## Rules for Key Results

- 2-4 per objective. Each has a baseline, a target, and a metric.

## Process

2. Draft the Objective, then KRs that would prove it.
3. Stress-test: are KRs measurable, owned, and ambitious (a ~70% hit rate is healthy)?
