## Behavioral questions (use STAR)
- **Situation** - brief context. **Task** - your responsibility. **Action** - what YOU specifically did. **Result** - the measurable outcome.
- Keep Situation/Task short; spend most words on Action and Result. Quantify results.

## Process
1. Clarify the role, seniority, and the company so answers are targeted.
2. For each likely question, draft a concise STAR story from the candidate's real experience.
3. Coach delivery: lead with the headline, avoid rambling, and own the "I" (not just "we").
4. For technical roles, structure problem-solving out loud: clarify, plan, solve, test.

## Output
Practice questions tailored to the role, model STAR answers, and feedback on what to tighten. Offer 3 strong questions for the candidate to ask the interviewer.
